Our service begins with an initial visit to your home by one of our specialist Conservatory designers to discuss your ideas and advise on the options available, before taking measurements in order to create your individual drawings and quotation.
If planning approval is required we will produce drawings and submit the application on your behalf.
Although the majority of conservatories do not require building control approval, we still construct all our Conservatories to current building control standards.
This includes full metre deep foundations, cavity insulated walls, insulated floors, glazing with softcoat inner pane, warmedge spacers, Optiwhite outer pane and argon gas filling as standard. Where Building Regulations are required we will again handle the entire process on your behalf.
